1 / How far in advance can I book?

You can reserve your event up to 12 months in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2 / How much is the deposit?

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total event cost is required. This deposit will be applied towards your overall total. An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you.

3 / When do I have to pay?

The deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be settled at least 3 hours before the start of your event.

4 / What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, you have the option to reschedule up to 7 days in advance without losing your deposit. However, cancellations made within 3 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and you will need to start the booking process anew. In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel or reschedule your event, rest assured that you will receive a full refund along with our sincere apologies.

5 / What happens if there's bad weather and my event is outside?

If inclement weather, such as rain, is forecasted, we will not proceed with setting up for the event. You will have the opportunity to reschedule your event or receive a full refund to ensure your satisfaction and safety.

6 / How large is your service area?

Our coverage extends up to a 10-mile radius from Katy, Texas, and beyond that distance, a mileage charge of $0.65 per mile applies.

7 / When do you set up and take down?

Our team arrives for setup at least two hours before your event's scheduled start time. After the event concludes, we promptly take down and remove the equipment.

8 / Do you do balloon decorations?

We collaborate with local suppliers to meet your need for balloons garlands and decorations.

9 / What happens if I refer someone to Luxury Bounce Events?

Our referral program offers you two enticing options:

 

If you have a booked event with us, you can receive 10% off for each successful referral of your event's total cost.

Alternatively, you have the choice to receive a 10% check in the mail based on the total cost of your referred friend's event.

10 / Do you have insurance?

Yes, Luxury Bounce Events is fully insured, providing peace of mind even for the little ones attending our events.
